Elite Football Specialist Training

Welcome to Elite Football Specialist Training

Thanks for visiting the site!
I hope since you are here that you are interested in learning how NFL Special Teams players get their jobs done.
Special Teams Units are a huge part of the game that are overlooked in the early development of players and coaches. The Special Teams Phase accounts for most of the games change of possession and involve potentially huge chunks of yardage.  If you can own the special teams phase of the game you are at a marked advantage.
Don't let your Special Teams be the weak part of your program.
Your team will suffer for it

"We averaged 33 plays of Special Teams each game, which equates to 20 percent of the game (152 total plays). Out of those 33 plays of Special Teams, 25% of the game's POINTS are scored and over 35% of the games YARDAGE is gained
- Keith Allen, San Jose State Special Teams Coach

On Average 1 or 2 games a year are decided by the Special Teams Phase, in the NFL its even greater!
